In March 2020, one week before the COVID quarantine began, PARC launched a Hyperion Workforce Planning project at Energy Natural Gas client. The intention was to spend most of the project on-site; however, after the first week on-site, the entirety of the project was completed remotely, including development, user testing, training, and go-live.

Over a 4-month period the project went through design, build, test, and roll-out phases 100% remotely.

The approach we had initially planned on required continual revision and adaptation to the ever-changing needs of Client matched to the evolving circumstances related to COVID.

The project completed on-time and on-budget.
