PARC Consulting engaged with the client to assist in redesign and clean-up efforts associated with another implementation partner’s project. The client was not able to go-live with their application build due to many problems with the previous build. The PARC team conducted an assessment and provided an actionable list of initiatives to get them to completion. PARC then redesigned and rebuilt the problem areas delivering a successful go-live. Based on those wins we were asked to return to assist with a new initiative
