Over several years we have been engaged for multiple projects for their Planning Cloud environment. Our first project was to implement the Workforce module/business process by taking the out-of-the-box functionality and then tailoring it and simplifying it for the Client’s needs. One year later, the Client asked us to do another phase to facilitate the needs of a monthly forecast process. They had previously done an annual plan and a quarterly forecast but wanted to begin forecasting monthly and asked for our guidance and assistance in setting that up. We have also done a few mini-projects to assist with specific short-term initiatives.
