The client sought a partner to enhance the current reporting solution, adding metadata automation and 100% of the required data. Ultimately, the client needed a self-service environment for the finance team where monthly management reports were accessible and provided the ability to further investigate summarized data by having access to detail. To address the new requirements and current gaps, PARC designed and implemented metadata automation from JDE to PBCS, included additional data source loads to provide full financial data, and configured drill-through capabilities for detail analysis.

PARC configured budget and forecasting capabilities in PBCS, building the client a robust model to support their yearly budget and monthly forecasting process including Capex and Workforce Planning functionality. This additional scope required detailed requirements, design sessions with business teams, and execution of build and test phases.
